What If?

The little one has been trying to get out of naptime by saying “I can’t go to sleep that fast!” To which I reply, “but you haven’t even tried.” And it hit me when I saw this quote. How many times did I assume I couldn’t do something when I didn’t even try?! How many dreams died just by my own inactivity? I hear from my friends all the time, “I would love to stay at home with my kids and own a business but I can’t do what you do.” I’ll quote Loren Slocum when I say “what if you could?”
