I’ve talked a little bit about Transform30 here and there but I’m so pumped up about it right now! I’ve done this program 3 times before and each time, I learn something new about my body and what makes it run best.
My first time around, I had a really hard time wrapping my head around replacing meals with a shake (even though I absolutely adore the shakes.) So, I did what I do best. I made it my own. I keep my 3 meals a day and then add the 2 shakes a day in as my snacks. I love it because it keeps my calories right where they need to be to support my workouts and keep my body running clean and efficiently!
Only 10 days in and I’m feeling the best I’ve ever felt! I’m excited to share my next 10 day results with you!
