Finding Balance with “He and She Eat Clean”

When it comes to striking a balance between being fit and still having a social life, I thought Whitney over at He and She Eat Clean hit the nail on the head with her recent post:

A healthy lifestyle should be one that incorporates healthy eating, fitness, and BALANCE. You must have all 3 to truly achieve this lifestyle.”
