Customizable Planner from Plum Paper Designs

I really do have a serious problem with buying planners. I think I’ve crossed the threshold of obsessive into fanatical and I’m ashamed to admit the amount of time I’ve spent on finding the *perfect* planner to meet my needs. But that’s OK! Because through my trial and error, maybe you will find the perfect planner for you at the expense of my waste of precious hours. :)

And by golly, I think I just might have found the perfect planner *for me*! I stumbled upon Plum Paper Designs randomly one night and immediately got sucked into the sheer amount of customizable features they offer! You can choose everything from your cover, the layout of your calendars, how you want your days sectioned off, what categories you want included in your planner, how many notes pages you want, the options are endless!

After about a week of scouring through the Esty shop, I finally went with a regular planner and added in a blog section and additional notes pages. I needed a separate place for blog ideas and scheduling but I didn’t need other sections like fitness planning, meal planning or even a full family planner. I just love that you can create the planner with just enough of what you need without all the extra fluff of stuff you don’t!

Straight out of the box!

You can choose from a variety of really cute covers that are personalized with your name, photo or both. There is a clear laminate overlay to protect it from sticky, grimy toddler fingers and keep the pages from curling.

I mean, how cute is this little intro page? Simple, clean yet striking. Love!

monthly spread

Here’s your basic monthly spread but I really love the sections on the side for birthdays, events (super important for my business!) and general notes. Everything I need and nothing I don’t. :)

weekly spread

This is where the fun starts to begin! You have four different layouts to choose from when you’re looking at a week’s schedule. I can’t tell you how long it took me to decide!

horizontal

And then I saw this super cute horizontal format that I was dying to try! Next time, Pam… next time….

Back to the regular planner style, I had to choose a format! While I love the uber-organized time stamped format, I also really appreciated the flexibility of having a morning/afternoon/night format. This is more like how I visual my day so it worked perfectly!

I can’t wait to use the checklist portion underneath each day too! I {heart} checklists.

Ok, so monthly and weekly calendars are pretty straightforward, but this blog section has me really excited! Love having an extra tab just for some bloggin’ fun.

But if blogging isn’t your thing, there are other tabs and add-ons that you can pick and choose from to suit your style! I mean, we’re talking fitness, cleaning, direct sales, to-do lists, bill trackers, home planning, extra contacts sheets, even a baby section!

extras

I added extra notes pages to the back of mine because I’m constantly having to draw out diagrams and little stick figures to clients and team members. More paper makes my heart go pitter patter.

And rounding out the planner is this handy little pocket to stash notes and other tidbits of info.

At just $31, I couldn’t have asked for a better deal. Sure beats spending $50+ like my 2014 calendar! So, there it is! My current planner from Plum Paper Designs has me so excited about what’s to come in 2015!

Who’s going to go visit Plum Paper now?! :D
