This smoothie brings me right back to the beaches of Hawaii! And with all this rain the PNW is hitting us with, I really need to close my eyes and envision myself hearing those rolling waves!
Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe
1/2 cup canned coconut milk (blend the pulp and liquid together before measuring)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 cup pineapple juice (or 1/2 cup Hint Pineapple water)
(For 13g of protein and 14 nutritious plant foods, add a scoop of Juice Plus Complete French Vanilla!)
Blend together and add enough water to reach your desired consistency! Stick a paper umbrella in it and imagine yourself on the beach!
